Adam Troy Adams’ 12 Months - 12 Missions
Hi, welcome to my travel blog! I’m Adam Troy Adams, a digital nomad combining my passion for travel with work, aiming to explore the world’s wonders one destination at a time. After an unforgettable year surfing some of the best waves around the globe, I’m setting out on a new journey that promises to be just as thrilling.
This year, I’ll be exploring some of the world’s most awe-inspiring World Heritage Sites. Each month, I’ll immerse myself in a different country, visiting these exceptional landmarks and sharing stories, historical insights, travel tips, and photographs with you. My goal is to uncover the essence of each site, exploring its cultural significance and natural beauty and bringing you along on the journey.
So, pack your virtual bags and join me as I journey through ancient ruins, majestic landscapes, and breathtaking architectural wonders across the globe. Let’s explore the world, one World Heritage Site at a time!
12 Months - 12 Missions
Get ready to join me on a very different kind of adventure over the next 12 months — one built on purpose, impact, and giving back. After spending over a thousand days exploring the world’s coastlines, cultures, cities, and wild places, I realised that travel had given me more than I could ever repay. Now, it’s time to give something meaningful in return.
Each month, I’ll be immersing myself in a new country, not as a tourist, but as a volunteer — helping protect wildlife, support communities, restore environments, and contribute where help is needed most. From caring for rescued elephants in Thailand to rebuilding remote villages in Nepal, planting trees in Morocco, supporting orphanages in Vietnam, and assisting with wildfire recovery in Canada, every mission is a chance to leave a place better than I found it.
This journey isn’t about taking from the world — it’s about giving, learning, connecting, and discovering the deeper purpose behind travel. Join me as we explore the globe through service, compassion, and humanity — one mission at a time.
